Is there a way for a forum to generate its own income?
 

I was just recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I was thinking about starting my own PG-13 rated forum for others like me to deal with this disease and a sense of humor. The ones that I have found so far are rated G and are pretty uptight.

If I could find a way to for the site to pay for its own web hosting and/or bandwidth bill I could do this sooner than later. I really don’t think traffic will be too high. vB is more my favorite forum software that I’ve found in my journeys across netland.

Is there anyway to accomplish this?
