creating a "private forum"
 

How do you create a section on the forums, for where it says "last post" it will say "private"

I signed into another users account (via a mod I have installed) and went there, expecting it to say "private" for the way it should be set up, but instead it doesnt.

What exactly does it do, and how can I enable it?
