How to change order of categories?
 

How can I change the order of my category-forums?

Here at vB., for example, the vBulletin 3.8 category, with its set of forums, is above the 3.7 category, with its child forums.

Suppose you wanted to move the 3.7 category and place it above the 3.8 category - how would you do that?
