Potential project tool features
 

We were seriously considering adopting vb project tools as a lightweight bug tracker in our company but a few things put us off. We make heavy use of the vbulletin forum system but we're not sure if Project Tools is mature enough to be adopted as of yet.

Project Tools has an amazing user interface, may be one of the best .. but in my opinion here are 2 key things that would add a lot to it's usability in a production environment:

1. The Issues list page should have more details on the issue besides having just the priority and status of an issue. E.g. Assignee, Milestone

OR

the ability to customize which fields are viewable in the main issues list page

2. Percentage complete of a task. All project management systems have this and is extremely helpful in tracking the progress of task.
