Very confused - please, please, please help
 

I've spent a lot of time today hoping to master the Impex system and ultimately import my two small phpbb3 forums. So far, all I have done is waste hours and hours of my time.

(1) At present, my cPanel has a folder called public_html/forum/impex. That folder, in turn, contains
(1) an Impex folder;
(2) an Includes folder; and
(3) a license file.

Can you please tell me if everything is in the right place, and has the right name?

If not, can you kindly tell me exactly what folders should be where???

(2) When I clicked on the vBulletin cPanel Import>Import, I received a message that said:
"The requested URL forum/impex/index.php does not exist."

Can someone please tell me what is the problem? what should I do to correct it?
