Export and then Import
 

I've got a massive database going clear back to version 2.x ...

In that database is all kinds of *garbage* from plugins, mods, addons, etc., most long since abandoned. I'd really like to start V5 out absolutely as clean as possible. Is there a way to export from the database just what V5 needs, and then import just the core?
