Migration Files
 

I got my hosting company to migrate my forum from SMF. I've been looking through the files in the cPanel and have noticed that the 'Do Not Upload' files are there as well as the impex and tool.php files.
I've read that they should be deleted after the migration but when I try to delete them they just reappear.
Is this bad, should I get the hosting company to remove them?
