I would like to change the meta title of my categories / forum / subforum
The meta title is automacilly the name of the categories / forum / subforum
It is for improve my SEO.

Besides, could you confirm if the categories / forum are in "index and follow" by default ?
Because i didnt find the meta

"index,follow"
