template edit please help..
 

hey just wondering if somebody could advise me on how to edit my template..
this is my site.. www.hiphopgenerals.com

as u can see i have a few blocks on my page eg. download section, hip hop artists, vip
basically i wanna like put either an image,video or audio in between my blocks.. i dont know where to place the coding though.. would be gratefull if some 1 tells me where to go to do this. thanks
