Need help with BBcode for embeding flash
 

<div>Can someone please help me with the BBcode needed for embeding flash videos? I've been searching and the only thing I can find is stuff about youtube. I want to be able to embed vids from my own website/server.

I found this code, which seems like what I'm looking for... but I can't get it to work.
