please help...class_core.php error
 

hi, i have a database error that shows:

can this be a server error?

everything, files and all look fine. i upgraded then 1 hour later comes these errors.

could it be that the server host needs to upgrade? or?

i uploaded all files twice. i cant pin point the spot.
