I did a search and couldn't find a solution to my problem.

Recently upgraded from 3.8 to 4.2.

I want to upload photos in a post. I clicked on manage attachment like I used to do. I used to be able to click browse and I was taken to my pictures showing thumbnails in my pictures.

Now I'm taken to some thumbnails that show " ? " question marks of older downloads.

How do I upload pics off my computer?
How do I do this using the manage attachment button?
How do I get rid of the " ? " and have thumbnails of the actual pictures?
