Suite Errors whilst Upgrading from 4.1.11 to 4.2.0
 

After running the upgrade script for the first time, I received the following error:

I uploaded the Install folder again and started the script again.

I then got the following error:

I manually added the field, and restarted the script again.
This time with the following.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function collapse_navigation_state() in /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/forum/includes/adminfunctions_plugin.php on line 2035

I have uploaded includes folder again, but still the same.
If I remove the NAV_PROTECTED column it returns to the 2nd error with the table. The navigation table is empty by the way.

I am up to the step "Status: Processing Blog, Step 17 of 18"

Any help would be appreciated.
