Forum Issue when inserting image
 

This wasn't always happening, and I haven't installed anything in a long time.

When you click on the "insert image" icon above a post, then click "from computer" on the popup box - you cannot click on the "select files" box to choose images from your computer. If I click on "basic uploader" off to the right, I can get it to work that way, but would like to get the other working again.

Any idea what could prevent this select files option to stop working?

I'm running version 4.2 PL2
