unregistered users can't view albums
 

I have a problem with my site running 3.7.1 whereby unregistered users or users who are not logged in cannot view albums.

In usergroup permissions I have set Can view Albums to 'Yes' but that didn't make any difference.

Any suggestions as to what else could be causing this problem?
