Forum Repeated Icon issue on Ipad
 

A member who is using an ipad to view the forum has started experiencing issues with the closed forum icon repeating across the page when viewing the index page and forum pages. Once in a thread all is ok.

I don't have an ipad so am unable to come up with a solution, does anybody know what can be causing this please.
