Forum CKEditor JS errors after upgrade to 4.2.0
 

I just upgraded from 4.1.5 to 4.2.0 and there are a few things wrong and I'm working through. Many are my custom style but the ones that I am having issues with are with CKEditor.

I view a thread and I get a TypeError: q.getCommand(...) is undefined JS error in the ckeditor.js file. Tried to reupload this file but still is not working.

When I click to reply to the thread I get this error AJAXBASEURL is not defined and then after the POST request I get this JS error "TypeError: fetch_object(...) is null" from the vbulletin_quick_reply.js file. Tried reuploading and still not working.

After I click many times to reply I go to the advanced editor and I get the q.getCommand JS error like above but the actual editor does not show. I see the smilies to the right and the toolbars at the top of the editor but no textarea or iframe:

Any idea on what went wrong?
