Forum vBulletin Subscriptions Not Expiring
 

Hey,

I have a paid service on my site which runs through vBullletin 4.2.0. I have over 1800 paid users and their subscription doesn't expire.

The subscription settings are once the user pays their usergroup is changed to elite for the time period they've paid for but after their period runs out I've noticed it doesn't change back to registered user it stays elite.

Can anyone help me fix this?
