Forum Video bbcode causing pages to load slow
 

Hi there,

I recently upgraded vbulletin to 4.2 and as part of the upgrade i converted all old youtube links to video bbcode tags. Everything seems to be working fine with one major problem: threads with more than 3-4 embedded youtube videos on them load really slow for my users and they have started complaining about it.

Is there anything i can do to make these pages load faster? Do you provide anything similar to attachment thumbnail hover state than only when the user hovers over the video you make the call out to youtube to load the video, instead of loading everything on page load?
