trying to pay for my new license of vb5 connect
 

Hello vb team
i am trying to pay for my new license of vb5 connect , but unfortunately i am encountering error like "Gateway error: 2.1.2.This transaction has been declined"
and please guide me so that i could be able to process the transaction, as i have also verified from my credit issuing bank but there is no any issue from
issuing bank side .

from last 36 hours i have sent the same issue to [email protected] , not only this i emailed this issue via contact form , but still could not recieve any assistance
and TICKET LINK REMOVED
but i havent got any feedback still.
hope to have a feedback soon
