Forum Editor is writing the HTML codes, want it just to show the action in the editor

can I make it to show the HTML codes action while I am writing the new thread page?
It was doing so but suddenly it stared writing the codes and not showing the codes actions.I tested it in chrome and safari.

one more thing :)
what setting do you guys have the insert image button set to in this forum?
