Forum Upgrade Issue - vBulletin 3.8.7 Patch Level 3 to vbforum_4_4-0-6_Patch_Level_8
 

I am trying to upgrade from
vBulletin 3.8.7 Patch Level 3http://version.vbulletin.com/version...&id=VBFC4C5327
to
vbforum_4_4-0-6_Patch_Level_8

I changed config.php.new to config.php and then
update server/db name/user/pw info in new config.php in includes folder.

Finally when I run:
http://www.example.com/forum/install/upgrade.php
after enterying customer number, then
it shows
Your vBulletin (3.8.4) does not appear to be running the version that was downloaded (3.8.7).

which is in fact not true as admincp shows I am running 3.8.7
then if I choosed to continue....
after 5 Next buttons clicks it takes me to my old AdminCP Admin Control Panel (vBulletin 3.8.7 Patch Level 3http://version.vbulletin.com/version...&id=VBFC4C5327)
I ran it 3 times same behaviour.

Am I missing anything here?
