CMS 4.2 - How to create the Language table with default language
 

OMG I have accidentally dropped the language table. I recreated it but it has 0 rows in it!!! I get this error when I try to go to my site:

I had just upgraded to 4.2, so I uploaded the tools.php to that place but I get this message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch() on a non-object in C:\blah blah blah\includes\class_bootstrap_framework.php on line 65

I AM FRANTIC!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
