Forum Editor not appearing (4.2.0)
 

I have done a lot of searching and tried many things, but nothing has helped. My editor does not show up in any form in the forums.

It is basically a new site, but I uploaded all the files again, in ASCII, turned off my 3 products, made sure the sprite.png image was in the correct folder, etc. I have checked the settings in the AdminCP, as well as the settings in a dummy account, all with no success.

Any ideas?

P.S. Not sure if related, but when you click the box to edit a thread or post, it shows (0) in the box near the bottom, then saying no thread specified. If unrelated, I will open another thread about it.

Just to clarify, I am referring to the icons, such as bold, italic, web lik, insert image, etc...
