Can i transfer my old 3.8.4 VB to another person .
 

I had been a supportor of Vbulletin for a while now owning a few copy of VB .
In my collection i have an Old 3.8.4 version which i am slowly moving to VB4 and maybe VB5 .

my question is
Am i allow to transfer it to another person. for 3.8.4
