HELP...Spam Attacks
 

Well, our board has been pretty spam free for over a year but in the last week, a bunch of new registrations (many with a .cn suffix) have invaded my board as well as now I'm getting a flood of Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender as if they are using my board to send out Spam.

I've got as many Spam defenses on as I can think of short of turning off any new registrations. I have it set so any new registrations are supposed to be approved by me (Admin) but many don't even show up for approval, they are already in the Registered Users. They seem to be able to bypass the registration processes somehow and still show up as registered.

I'm on 3.7.1, so need to upgrade but not so sure that's going to cure the problem.
