Forum Unauthorized Edit of users data
 

hi,
A user (not admin) in our forum, edited a field in her profile, that should not be editable after being set one time.
we've double checked the settings, she SHOULD NOT be able to edit it.

How could this possibly happen ?
How can I investigate it more ?

I'm using vBulletin 4.2 PL 2.
