Forum Banned Email Still Able To Register...
 

I have a persistant spammer. I banned their full email addresses and I banned the section of the email after the @, both including the @ sign and not.
So I have the full email addresses banned, then I have "chong-mail.net" banned and "@chong-mail.net" banned.

This guy is still able to register multiple new accounts using the same email (@chong-mail.net) even though I've banned the email address. I have banning enabled and aggressive email banning enabled.

Any ideas?
