Following the announcement of The Foreign Affairs Committee of an inquiry into the FCO's foreign policy towards Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, in the broader context of relations between the UK and the Gulf States and the invitation for written submissions, The Bahrain Center for Human Rights have submitted the below paper to the Foreign Affairs Committee inquiry on 19 November, 2012.
