Newbie Questions
 

Ok I am planning on buying vBulletin, but have several questions:

1. Paypal is an alternative for international users, but for locals it might not be the best option. Instead of it we have one called MERCADOPAGO owned by Mercadolibre which is again is owned by eBay... transactions are done similar as in Paypal... is there a way to add MERCADOPAGO API to vBulletin?

2. What type of plugins are the ones that are available for vBulletin?

3. My blog is done in Wordpress, any idea how can I migrate to vBulletin?

3.1 Will I lose all my Google Index ?
3.2 What will happen with permalinks?
3.3. Is migration easy? considering the fact that I am no tech literate... :)

4. The out of the box vBulletin is available in Spanish? Or will I be doing the whole translation into it?

I know there are a lot of questions, I really appreciate for your answers
