Forum How can I fix this?

I was adding some categories and then that grey bar showed up. I know there has to be a setting to increase the number of categories before it starts a new border but I couldn't find it for the life of me. Or better yet I'd like to get rid of it. Can anyone please tell me where the setting is that controls this?
