Can't Reply
 

Hello,

I'm having an issue where no user in any usergroup can reply to a topic. Even if you create a topic as an admin, you can't reply to your own topic.

I have been through the settings quite a bit and I'm not seeing anything that would prevent this. I must be doing something wrong though?
