ESPN style 'live' moderated chat options?
 

Any suggestions for running a moderated chat like ESPN and other sites do?

The kind of chat where people can submit questions, and then the host or guest can choose from those questions?

I have been trying to figure out a way to configure a thread or forum that would make this easy to use during a live chat session. Going with moderated posts, wouldn't be friendly for a guest speaker.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
