Forum Image Verification Missing???/

I had a crash and I'm having to re-build everything.....I'm almost there!!!

I noticed that when you click REGISTER...that the IMAGE for the "IMAGE VERIFICATION" is not there.

What do you suggest? Where is it? What did I miss??? What do I need to do to fix this?

Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.....
