PreSale, custom post for advance search
 

Is that possible to have a custom post ?
Because i run a property co broking site, there will be a lot property listing posting from my user, so is that possible for me to create custom field post ?
for example : for sale, for rent, area, property name and so on ????
if able to create custom field means i can create custom search with that field also right ??
