Forum Secondary group permissions overrides primary?
 

I'm using a steam plugin so people can register/sign in through steam, but puts them in a secondary usergroup.. So, here's my problem.

Why are users in the awaiting group able to post threads and replies? I thought the primary overrides the secondary, not the other way around. I've checked the awaiting email usergroup permissions, and all post wise are set to no.
