Forum Vbulletin Newbie All Over Again
 

Hello All,

It's been a reallllly looong time since I have worked with vbulletin. I have a site that is currently 3.6.4 and I am now interested in upgrading to vb 4.x. So I have a few questions to help me get back on track:

• My email has changed so how do I update that on the vb site? I tried in the account area but all I can change is the password
• I have tried to upgrade to 3.8 first like the documentation says, but I can't find that version available anywhere. The best I can do is 3.6.7
• Once I get my site prepped for upgrade to vb 4 is there any documentation out there on how to upgrade from 3 to 4 when I have a bunch of plugins? I know vbulletin.com only explains the core upgrade, but what is the general philosophy on all of the other stuff that needs to be upgraded like vbadvanced, GARS, photoplog, and vbSEO?

I appreciate any help, it's literally been about 4-5 years since I have worked with vbulletin...

Oh wow, I guess I realized my first thing... GARS is defunct.
