how to rearrange the layout of the forums and subforums
 

hi guys this is what my default install looks like

is this the same for everyone? if so why is the default layout look completely different to every forum i have ever seen? lol

could anyone be kind enough to show this newbie how to make it so the forums and subforums look the same as this website (and every other website on the net)

the default one just looks dreadful
