Forum Removing style generator including custom style.css file in VB 4.2 header
 

I want to include my custom style.css file in VB header and remove the style generator from my forums. How can I do that?
I want to do this so that I can avoid unnecessary DB queries used for forum styling by the style generator. I am well versed with CSS, so I want to do this so that I can make my forum load faster.
Also any recommended settings which I should do to make my forums load faster? Are CDN's helpful in increasing forum speed? Has anybody tried installing Varnish ?
