Forum Daylight savings issue
 

I just noticed in our forum that footer time that guests see hasn't changed to standard time. DST detection is working fine for registered users but guests see it 1 hour ahead.

I've got Default Time Zone Offset set for (GMT -6:00) Central Time (US & Canada), Mexico City and Enable Daylight Savings set to Yes but for guests it's currently showing "All times are GMT -5. The time now is 11:56 AM" when it's showing "All times are GMT -6. The time now is 10:56 AM" for registered users in the central time zone.

Am I missing something here?
