Test Site
 

Hello,
I was wondering if i could run a test site on localhost (pirvate only for me) on my existing licence, this is becasue i am having trouble connecting to the internet recently and wish to work on a custom feature. Any replies are welcome and if this is not allowed i will have to wait.
