Forum Missing file error on attempt to upgrade to 4.2.0 Patch Level 3 Upgrade error. This is the error I get when I attempted to upgrade from 4.1 to 4.2.0 Patch Level 3. I did not proceed with the upgrade. Due to the following errors, the install/upgrade can not continue:
