Human Verification questions not showing in some browsers
 

On my register page for my forum the human verification questions I created are not showing in some browsers. Im assuming this is letting my spam registered users by. On my mac in chrome it works, on pc chrome doesnt work, neither did IE9 I believe. What could cause the human verification questions to not show?
