Forum Problems with footer template
 

In the past months, I have problems with code injections. The strange part is that this code is always inserted in footer template as in picture below:

That stupid site that was inserted made all the browsers to block the access to my site, so ... anyone had this problem? Did you found any solutions?
or How can I lock the footer template to not be written by an unauthorized access?
