Help with error message
 

I finally got the IMPORT button and figured i was just about ready, and then i get this error message

MySQL error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM' at line 9

im lost
what does this mean and how can i fix it?
