Forum STRANGE... Blank Pages, Inline Mod pull down menu, Reply area.
 

Inconsistently, but mostly, I and users experience; Blank Pages, Inline Mod pull down menu, Reply area and just see blank threads.

This is the way the Inline Mod pull down menu and the reply looks:

I've disabled plugins in the config.php and still see this happening.

Any ideas on resolving this is will be very much appreciated.
