Forum how to recover removed orphan threads
 

yesterday, i was running a general update tools on my friend's forum, and i mistakenly run the remove orphan threads tool, and after running the tool i noticed that there are 10,000 threads and few forums are missing, can anybody tell me how to recover these threads and forums , i don't have the most recent backup of the db, and i need to recover these threads badly, any help will be appreciated,
