Several buttons not showing text
 

There are numerous buttons not showing text on the forum. For example, the "save changes" button under User profile is blank. I have to click and drag my mouse over the button just to see what button I am clicking. I've went into the Admin CP to see if there are any text variables with the color white but I don't see any. Any suggestions as to how to correct this issue?
