Problem with Annoucements
 

Hey team

Upgraded site to vb5b17, and seem to have an issue with announcements.

1. An old announcement (from vb4.2 install) is showing on the index.php, but not showing on the Admincp announcement section (so cannot delete)
2. A new announcement (that I was testing) is showing fine, and can be edited - but I cannot delete it (I get a cannot be completed error)

Any ideas?
