Customizing email notifications when new threads/posts are created?
 

Does vBulletin allow for a user to choose a default setting for receiving email notifications when new threads or posts are created?

Also, will vBulletin allow a user to receive an email notification for posts to specific threads in which they themselves have not added a post?
